The WCRWC is a prominent advocacy group based in New York City; they rely extensively on their website to disseminate resources and information on pressing issues regarding immigration, human rights, and the needs of the most vulnerable populations in crisis situations around the world. I originally had a design created by Enrique Sallent when I took over work on the site in 2004. Since then it has undergone several overhauls, most recently with the help of Robert Gagnon and the generosity of the Pearson Foundation. It was temporarily built as shtml, but is now largely a php affair with a database-driven resource library and news section as well as an increasing amount of multimedia content.
